   Written quote before work starts

   We tell you exactly what needs to be done and what it will cost — in writing — before we pick up a tool. You decide if you want to move forward.

   Repair

   We do the work. Most repairs are finished in one visit. If a part has to be ordered, we'll tell you that upfront and schedule the return trip.

5. 05

   Test and walk-through

   We run the door through several open-and-close cycles to make sure everything moves right, then walk you through what we found and what we did so you know the condition of the whole system.
